In the 1950s, a solitary sailor mysteriously arrived in Saint-Tropez, irresistibly drawn by the lights and music of a lively, secret ball at the end of the port.

In this enchanting place, life was a joyous dance, filled with laughter, songs, and the delightful flavors of the Mediterranean.

As dawn broke, the ball transformed into an elegant and refined setting, with subtle traces reminding guests of the sailors' spirited nocturnal adventure.

Thus, Bòu was born, meaning "fishing net" in Provençal. Each meal there celebrates the vibrant coastal life and the adventurous spirit of sailors, blending warmth, love of the sea, and exquisite Provençal cuisine.
